Primary responsibility is to evaluate and approve components for use in motor operated appliances. These devices include supply cords, internal wiring, electrical connectors, circuit boards, etc. Assistance to the lab facilities for the development and maintenance of test fixtures and lab equipment. 

BSEE, experience with specification of electro-mechanical devices, ability to evaluate components used in 120/240V appliances, analyze root cause of component failures seen in lab/field testing of appliances.
