Members of our Supply Chain Team work with customers to make sure that product orders are fulfilled. They track and maintain products as they go from the factory to the warehouse. They fulfill requests from other departments in order to carry on day to day operations. Members of the team link all the departments in the company through the supply chain.
- Document current supply chain process, including planning, purchasing, pricing, transportation, receiving and billing. Work with Director of Supply Chain to seek opportunities to streamline current process.
- Owner of supply chain key performance metrics (KPI), become an in-house expert of supply chain data cube in data warehouse, and further improve supply chain KPI's
- Owner of total inventory turns - Improve supply chain financial performance by increasing inventory turns and decrease inventory balance.
- Break down inventory carrying costs as % of product costs, drive inventory turns and work with sales team to identify solution for slow moving.
- Owner of forecast accuracy - work with sales and customer service team to improve forecast accuracy establish themselves as the owner of the forecast process and outcomes.
- Develop effective systems and processes to communicate forecasts to our vendors.
- Work with our international and finance teams to develop meaningful cost analysis, such as cost performance review and cost projection. Accountable for updating and driving this process on on-going basis.
- Analyze replacement parts inventory move/sale data and determine replacements obsolete process.
- Collect the supplier performance data in term of Integrity, Quality, Speed and Price, lead the supplier performance review and classification, use IQSP vendor management tool to initiate ocean carrier/freight forwarders review process.

Required Skills
